Job Description:
Services and Products Support Officer
Under the general management, you will occupy a key position at the heart of Coginov's operations and sales.

Training:
Documentation Technician, Archivist or related training and experience.

Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the analysis of requirements and the drafting of responses for invitations to tender;
- Participate in the technological watch of the business domain;
- Support the project managers by producing documentation related to the projects;
- Follow up on requests, provide online assistance and document requests;
- Review and produce product support documents;
- Provide technical support for the use of our solutions at the functional level;
- Document typical customer use cases and support cases;
- Provide implementation consulting services to customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months experience, graduating students are welcome.
- Training offered on our products and work methodology.
- DEC (Desirable)
